The accommodation is set across one floor and has been recently renovated using a harmonious blend of modern and vintage styles.
Bedrooms
Two super comfortable bedrooms await you at Number One Seagate.
Bedroom One overlooks the courtyard and beyond to the woods of Sewerby Hall. It features a king-sized, wrought iron bed.
Bedroom Two has a view into the garden and is furnished with a super-king zip & link bed. This room can be set up as a twin - we will check with you before you arrive.
Both bedrooms have been decorated with their own unique style but share the same luxurious cotton bed linen to ensure you get the best possible night sleep.

Kitchen / Dining
The Scandi-style kitchen / dining area at Number One Seagate provides you with all you need to rustle up & enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a large American fridge/freezer so you can stock up on plenty of goodies, a full size dishwasher, electric oven, electric induction hob and microwave.
A washer / dryer is available too in the separate utility area.
Lounge
You will enjoy relaxing in the large and spacious lounge. In the summer, throw open the French doors, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the views into the garden from the comfort of the vintage Ercol armchairs. For those cooler days and nights, the stunning log burner will keep you wonderfully cosy whilst you snuggle up on the large sofa and watch a film on the 50" Smart TV, play a board game or listen to your favourite tunes.
Bathroom
The family bathroom truly captures the coastal vibe and colours of the Yorkshire Coast. The large, walk-in shower is fitted with an easy access Grohe control and overhead rainfall shower head. Underfloor heating and a towel rail ensure you'll never have cold feet.
Other Features
We understand that dogs are part of the family and therefore, we welcome one large or two small / medium dogs to stay at no extra charge.
We provide a couple of blankets and towels to use if they get muddy along with a few treats to help them settle in.
WIFI is available within the property for the use of our guests.
We are located in a rural part of the country and therefore, the speed may not be comparable to urban areas and won't be suitable for gaming.
Mobile phone reception is typically very good.
Number One Seagate is suitable for family stays up to a maximum of four people. The property is detached and situated in a fully enclosed courtyard / garden - the inside is accessed from the front and rear via two steps.
We provide a highchair for the use of our smaller guests. Bedroom two can be set up with twin beds.
